Brighter Days, a program of SGA Youth and Family Services, provides free, personalized case management for Lake County residents of all ages living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).
The program supports individuals facing additional barriers to recovery, helping them access the resources they need to stabilize and move forward.
SGA Youth & Family Services case managers connect participants to:
Medical and behavioral health care
Housing and food assistance
Employment and education support
Transportation
Legal aid
Clothing and basic needs
