About Qigong: Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice, over 4000 years old, that blends breath, gentle movement, and mindfulness to promote balance, energy, and overall well-being. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and martial arts, it is a gentle yet powerful practice that anyone can do regardless of age or fitness level.
About Drew: Drew Davis has been practicing Qigong for more than a decade as part of his own personal wellness journey. He has led group sessions in outdoor camping retreats, 12-step recovery programs, and community support groups. Drew brings a grounded, compassionate teaching style that welcomes everyone whether you're new to Qigong or deepening your practice. Come breathe, move, and find your flow!
