This group session offers participants a safe and supportive space to release built-up emotions through the symbolic and physical act of smashing plates. Guided by a therapist, members will explore themes of anger, grief, frustration, and personal transformation. After group discussion and intention-setting, each participant will have the opportunity to write words or phrases on plates representing what they wish to let go of and then break them in a controlled environment.
