The success of "Rebel without a cause" in the Mid 1950's opened up a new Genre of ideas for the developing Teen Market and TV shows. From the police drama of Naked City to the adventerous travel of two young men across the country in Route 66 and onto the role of comedy with Leave it to Beaver, Gidget, and Happy Days, the progress of Teen age genre took off to the public. As we prepare for the Movie Rebel without a cause, we will delve into these other shows that open the gateways for many future TV and Movie productions
